11-25-12 Lainie was found to be spayed already. She is ready to go to her forever home. She does have some dog agression, so she would probably do better as an only dog. She does play with other dogs, just doesn't like to share the attention. She is also a counter surfer, so you need to be aware of what is on your kitchen counters that she might like to eat 10-28-12 - Meet Lainie. She was found dumped in a Little Rock neighborhood. The man that found her walked al over the neighborhood, including the apartment building close by, trying to find her owner. He finally called BoxAR and we took her in. Lainie is 10 yrs +, heartworm negative and up to date on shots. She will be spayed on Nov. 5th. She is a very sweet, loving boxer and does not act like a senior. She would be a perfect candidate for an older man, woman or couple that want the loving company of a dog, but cannot afford the yearly costs of owning one. They can foster her for life and BoxAR will pay for her vetting. The foster will only need to pay for food and toys. This is our new Senior to Senior program. Please consider either adopting Lainie, or if you are a Senior, fostering her. ADOPTION FEE SCHEDULE Newborn to 8 months - $350 and a spay/ neuter contract if they are not done
8 months (plus 1 day) to 1 year - $300
1 year(plus 1 day) to 2 years - $275
2 years(plus 1 day) to 5 years $250
All boxers 5 years (plus 1 day) and over - $150
All boxer mixes - $150 $25.00 will be added to fee for all dogs that are microchipped NOTE:
We are not a shelter or pound. We don't have a facility. We are all volunteers who love the Boxers. We have jobs and families and don't have 'regular business hours'. For this reason, we don't show the dogs until an application has been submitted. Submitting an application does not obligate you to adopt a Boxer, but it does tell us that your interest in rescue is serious.
