Wyatt - 5-26-12 He is back at my house after biting a cat at his potential adopter's home. Favorite thing: Wyatt loves to play with younger female dogs and get lots of loving. He also loves to eat. He especially likes the treats he gets at bed tme. Naughtiest Habit: Wyatt does NOT like cats. He is also a dominant male so he doesn't like other males or alpha females. Favorite treat: He loves a kong filled with treats and lots of peanut butter! Most endearing habit: He is a wiggle butt big time. He wil also sit on command and wait for you to tell him OK before he gets up. This comes in handy when trying to catch up with him. 4-23-12 Wyatt is getting along just fine. He gets along with female dogs and some younger males. The vet guessed that his age is right at 1 yr, so he is still a puppy. He tested heartworm positive so will need treatment before getting adopted. He is a sweet boy that loves to give and receive love. He needs his furever home, won't you consider him? 3-24-12 Wyatt was found roaming around the Greenbriar area and a nice lady called us about him. He is housetrained and sits on command. He is between 1 -2 years and full of energey. He has been hit by a car and it broke his left front ankle at the joint. It healed without any vet attention and it has a big knot around it. He will have arthritis and it will probably bother him for the rest of his life. But that doesn't stop him from playing. He is really sweet and loves people and female dogs. He doesn't like male dogs. He is up to date on shots and will be neutered on 3-26-12. He is heartworm positive and will be ready for adoption after he is treated. Won't you please give this sweet boy a home? *All dogs spayed/neutered, up to date on shots and rabies, and on heartworm prevention. ADOPTION FEE SCHEDULE Newborn to 8 months - $350 and a spay/ neuter contract if they are not done
8 months (plus 1 day) to 1 year - $300
1 year(plus 1 day) to 2 years - $275
2 years(plus 1 day) to 5 years $250
All boxers 5 years (plus 1 day) and over - $150
All boxer mixes - $150 $25.00 will be added to fee for all dogs that are microchipped NOTE:
We are not a shelter or pound. We don't have a facility. We are all volunteers who love the Boxers. We have jobs and families and don't have 'regular business hours'. For this reason, we don't show the dogs until an application has been submitted. Submitting an application does not obligate you to adopt a Boxer, but it does tell us that your interest in rescue is serious.
