Hello my name is Keri Zinser. I am a 35 year old single female with a three bedroom two bath house. My house is located on the west side of Conway in a nice neighborhood. I am wanting another roommate who will have their own bedroom and share a bathroom. Everything is furnished including the bedroom, night stand, and dresser along with the living room and kitchen. The rent I am asking for is $225 a month plus 1/4 of the utilities. The utilities usually run between $300-$400, so 1/4 would be between $70-100 a month.
