Hello all, my name is Megan and I'm currently looking for a female roommate. Yes, you must be female! Sorry guys! I'm 25 so I'd prefer a woman around my age. I live in a three bedroom, 2 bath house in the nicer part of West Conway. I've been renting out the two extra bedrooms but I've decided to go back down to just one roommate for now. I still have one roommate now but she will be moving out soon. The rent is $450 a month PLUS half of Conway Corp, and Center Point Energy (the heat). Also, every renter is required to obtain renters insurance (you can get it for as low as $20 a month) that way on the off chance that any of your stuff gets messed up or stolen, you're taken care of. We have never had an issue but the landlord requires this. I might be open to changing the rent, depending on your situation. The bills vary but your portion would probably be an average of $100 each month. Both my roommate and I are easy laid back people, not party animals. We both work full time and just want to rent out the front bedroom. The house is fully furnished, the only thing you would need is furniture for your bedroom. If you have a dog, most likely we will be able to accommodate it. I have a Golden Retriever who is super friendly so yes, we do have a fenced-in back yard! The room will be available on July 1st.
